My passion for coaching is built on more than 25 years of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. I have led large-scale organizations and developed and implemented innovative programs in business operations and talent development.
I'm also a mom of three including twins, and know that I would have benefited from coaching support as I navigated that phase of life. I'm offering a new package this year aimed at supporting working parents as they navigate changing priorities.
I completed a certificate in Executive Coaching at the University of Pennsylvania, and hold a BS in Foreign Service and a Masters in Policy Management, both from Georgetown University.
