Heather Shelsta brings more than 25 years of experience including senior leadership roles in both the private sector and Federal government.  Heather completed her Executive Coaching training at the University of Pennsylvania.  She holds a BSFS in Foreign Service and a Masters in Policy Management, both from Georgetown University.      

Heather brings her professional experience and lifelong love of learning to help each client with their own professional journey.
